NatorOS Privacy Policy
NatorOS handles customer data for the purpose of operating governed AI workers, workflow automation, integrations, audit trails, and support. Customer data is not used to train shared foundation models.
Data We Process
NatorOS may process workspace configuration, workflow definitions, agent instructions, run logs, audit events, integration metadata, and content that customers authorize agents to read or write inside connected systems.
Customer Control
Customers control which systems are connected, which agents have access, which workflows can run, and which actions require human approval. Production write access is scoped by organization, credential, and permission.
Security And Retention
NatorOS uses scoped permissions, audit logs, encryption in transit, access controls, and administrative review processes. Retention and deletion terms are configured through customer agreements and deployment requirements.
Subprocessors And Integrations
NatorOS connects to systems such as Slack, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Shopify, Sentry, Jira, and other operational tools only when authorized by the customer.
